Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key duties: Understands and has knowledge of banking products, laws, policies, procedures and facts relevant to a general marketing professional within Rabobank. Effectively represents the Bank in developing and maintaining viable relationships with the desired customer base. Presents cost/revenue/solvency worthy, credit risk appropriate business opportunities to the organization for structure, execution and distribution. Upon analysis of customer needs, recommends appropriate general lending financial vehicles which enhance customer value. Prospects desired client relationships and maintain established client relationships to obtain the mandate to execute/structure financial transactions to support clients financial needs. Takes leadership role ensuring successful conclusion of transactions, including as necessary the negotiation and documentation Maintain or assist in the maintenance of existing client relationships as necessary. Key Relationships: Ongoing customer/prospect contact Global Agri teams (Utrecht, Brazil, Argentina and and Singapore) Credit Department (NY Office/Utrecht) Legal and Compliance Department (NY Office) Your Profile: Key Performance Indicators: Works effectively and cooperatively with co-workers and other departments in achieving Bank s goals. Demonstrates teamwork in facilitating workflow. Ability to work side by side with various departments of the bank in the capacity required to meet client needs. Works effectively with Product Specialists and department heads to support the structuring, execution and distribution of deals. Communicates all matters of importance to manager, TCF colleagues and clients. Has skill in transmitting and receiving information orally and in writing with groups or individuals. Influences the undertaking of business worthy deals by verbal and written means to internal counterparts, as well as clients. Reports all relevant information to internal counterparts and clients Job Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products Strong verbal and written communication Experience working with Credit Experience in structuring and negotiating deals with clients Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related studies or equivalent work experience At least 10 years of banking experience, including selling traditional lending products as well as cross selling other bank products (including but not limited to OTC, Capital Markets, ABF, structured trade and commodity finance and corporate finance).
