Brand Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns, working closely with creative agencies to push the boundaries on brand and digital marketing. Translate internal product strategies into user-friendly, benefit-driven stories. Manage the full campaign development process, including agency management, customer research, strategy and brief development, creative development and production. Collaborate with creative, engineering, and media teams to take ideas from conception to realization. Build and refine our brand voice, look, feel and personality, and advocate it across the global marketing team and agency partners. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience at an agency or in-house brand team. Experience with brand marketing for technology, enterprise or B2B companies. A portfolio of original, breakthrough, brand-defining work, including display, video, and mobile ad campaigns. Preferred qualifications: Experience writing briefs, launching and developing brands using traditional and digital media, working with brand or creative agencies to develop global campaigns (i.e. digital and mobile marketing). Understanding and knowledge of web/technology trends and innovative implementations. Comfortable collaborating and coaching others through the creative process. Creative and comfortable with technical products and topics. Ability to effectively communicate and lead creative projects and brand campaigns from concept to completion.
