Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Confirm receipt and authenticity of invoices; code and route all payable billings for approval by NGC management. Track and request payments for all vendors with special attention to the media expenditures, validating and coding all invoices from our media partners. Track internal budgets for expense authorizations and reconcile monthly invoicing.Compliant payment of vendor obligations and management of vendor relationships. Avoidance of penalties for late payments. Timely reporting of budgets to senior management and for accurate FNG forecasts.Contact vendors, freelancers, and Artist Agencies regarding required documentation to ensure they are set up and cleared for payment via the FNG Accounts Payable system or via Payroll. Recommend classifications to Business & Legal Affairs contact on all independent contractor records. Assess submitted documents and use knowledge of company policy to help vendors/independent contractors to submit paperwork correctly. Input all data into VOB database for approvals.Correct classification of all independent contractors, vendors and employee contractors in the Vendor Onboarding (VOB) system. Expedite VOB approvals due to correct submission of onboarding materials. Request contracts for Creative, Consumer, and PR departments. Answer questions from legal on scope of work, delivery dates, and risk assessments for contracted work.Contract compliance for all individuals and vendors working with NGC/P.Train employees on FNG contracting and VOB policies including developing training manuals for reference.Share knowledge base with other departments for more efficient workflows.Use data from various systems to provide reporting on as-needed basis.Timely reporting to senior management on various metrics (costs, throughput, budgets, etc.) College degree required.Background in TV experience extremely helpful, but not required. Knowledge of general finance workflows required.Knowledge of budget management; prioritization of tasks; excellent problem solving skills.
