Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Job Responsibilities: Drive the rebranding initiative of IP Digital Deposits and Remittance Business - working closely with the product and sales teamDevelop a compelling value proposition and direct marketing programs to promote cross-sell of products and servicesDevelop and implement a communication vision and standards that are used throughout the business unit - including refining / enhancing communication across all channelsEnsure the publication and distribution of all print and electronic communications is consistent, effective and reaches the target audience Develop strategic plans and oversee implementation for all events including client conferences, solution seminars, town halls, tradeshows, sponsorship programs, sales or other promotional events, etc.Identify and communicate industry trends and direction Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field Minimum of 10 years experience of marketing and communications Minimum of 5 years experience working in the financial industry Experience developing business strategies and related initiatives; including rebranding efforts Experience in organizational design and change leadership Excellent communication skills Must be able to travel up to 20% within the United States Preferred Qualifications: Broad functional knowledge across Finance, Operations, Sales and/or Marketing Experience in driving / promoting Remote Deposit Capture Adoption Additional Skills & Abilities: Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and drive results in a high matrixed and fast paced environment Ability to lead and manage with a moderate to high degree of complexity requiring conceptualization Ability to present clearly and effectively Ability to utilize strong business and analytical acumen Ability to collaborate and influence.
