Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Own the regular site refreshes to reflect brand launches and promotional calendar. Create refresh documentation, including all SKU data and product information. Create, implement, track and report on promotional promo codes Support the team in all email campaigns - gathering assets, QA of tests, providing reporting and analysis of performance, etc. Work with Creative and any production resources to ensure all assets are delivered to meet refresh deadlines Partner with backend teams on bug-fixes and ensure site is always optimal with daily routine QA. Focus particularly on all new content pages, offers, product pages, enhancements and marketing projects to ensure that site is error-free and maintains high quality user experiences Maintain new seasonal product worksheet as well as master product worksheet. Gather all product data from internal teams and keep constantly updated with any changes. Confirm accuracy in pricing, weight data etc. Distribute to key local and global partners Be the point person for all website inventory - ensure all product arrives on time, is reflected accurately on the website, and is removed if discontinued. Ensure all stock statuses are accurate. Also monitor and track samples in the same regard Own and manage Professional Makeup Artist Program - approving artists credentials, adding artists to database, and maintaining their info Support retailer.com team mates; proactively take on meeting recaps, delivery of assets and product info Own on-site social media exposure by managing the UGC moderation for the brand Support the Online team in reporting of sales, site performance, email campaigns and internal and external marketing programs, plus key business metrics including classification and key item sales/trends, site traffic, conversion analysis, registered user growth and behavior. Assist with maintaining accurate store listings and local events online Provide support on Customer Service inquiries Reports to Manager, Online Marketing & Merchandising, with oversight from Head of Ecommerce Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelors Degree 1-3 years online marketing experience preferred, with ecommerce experience highly regarded Advanced computer skills are required Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Marketing Cloud preferred Experience in JIRA is a bonus Basic knowledge of HTML coding, CSS, and web and graphics applications; Photoshop etc is a bonus Knowledge of XML data feeds Beauty/Fashion Retail industry experience preferred Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and as an individual contributor Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner. Forward-thinking, resourceful and curious Needs to be a creative and analytical thinker and problem solver Thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines No ego; willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle all tasks.
