Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will be a proven business leader with significant experience in a global company. The person must have an established record of accomplishment in Ecommerce Analytics or similar role. The candidate must be a strong communicator and have a sharp analytical approach. S/he must have a proven track record of building organizations and developing people. The candidate must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution. The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix, must lead decisively, have a no-compromise approach to delivery, confront adversity constructively and possess a leadership style that engenders followership. Previous analytics leadership experience and technical qualifications: 3 years of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience providing solutions in a global organization. Significant experience with Amazon.com business analytic tools (Vendor Central, ARA Premium, AMS Reporting portals). Experience applying an Ecommerce lens to segment and category growth. Capability in overlaying web experience data over POS Sales data, Invoice Sales data, and supply chain and operations metrics to provide a holistic program for online growth. Qualified candidates will have a broad understanding of analytical processes including but not limited to: data management, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling, and visualization. Understanding of SQL and SAS (PC and/or mainframe) is a plus. Experience with Business Intelligence & reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik is an asset. Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
