Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You will doUnder direction of the Director, responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the National Account team members for a designated region or group. Key liaison for the Directors, sales force, and Corporate Sales, Applied Marketing and field organization to include Customer Monitoring Centers (CMC), National Account Service Center (NASC), Business Operations, support specialists, and sales & service offices (SSO). Possesses ability to influence purchasing decisions of major corporations by working with the top levels of management to procure products. With support of the Director, plans and develops key strategies that will enable to secure new business as well as maintaining the existing revenue. Provides direction and support to Regional Directors and sales force. Works with field office to ensure good profitable business.How you will do it Manages the activities of the sales force and ensures familiarity and training regarding markets, products, services, selling skills, etc. Directs the development of and maintains an effective sales force through creation and implementation of effective strategies for recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching team members. Formulates a sound business plan to provide acceptable sales growth in accordance with established plan and market share targets. Works with Director to meet profitability goals. Drives key National Account activities to insure service and profitability; organizes and coordinates internal resources to meet customer needs. Participates in the selling of entire product and service offering Works with Director and Managers of existing National Accounts and local sales forces by implementing sales strategies for assigned accounts. Assists Director/Corporate in developing programs including vertical markets, customer retention, and new product offerings. Tracks sales activity and provides sales team with regular feedback & coaching regarding performance. Conducts regular sales meetings, communicating current sales policies and procedures, techniques, pricing, demonstration of equipment, new products and services, sales promotions and advertising. Participates in trade shows What we look for College Degree in Sales/Marketing or other related preferred Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial sales experience including three (3) years of major accounts sales with one (1) to two (2) years sales management preferred. Proven sales ability with high-level corporate contacts. Entrepreneurial attitude, strong business acumen, leadership ability and ability to be a team player at all levels. Ability to comprehend and make valid contribution developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
