Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key responsibilities include: Track the performance of network converted cards portfolio and proactively identify and manage performance issues. Work with Decision management teams across the markets to develop KPI metrics on Conversion. Partner with conversion market leads to Identify, develop and disseminate best practices across all markets and establish a forum to share progress/knowledge across all key global stakeholders Partner with colleagues in the regions and markets to successfully execute on Conversion goals. Leverage the strategic network assets to drive value to our customers The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the payment cards industry, strong analytical and project management skills and a comfort level working with global colleagues across different time zones. 8 years business experience, particularly in an analytical function within financial services. Bachelor s degree required, MBA preferred Familiarity with the payment cards P&L and prior experience in large scale cards conversion project a plus Broad business knowledge and customer focus with an ability to leverage analytics to drive business decisions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partnerships Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture Must be familiar with MIS reporting, profit and loss statements and fundamental analytic tactics Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
