Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Duties: The credit analyst will assist in conducting loan reviews, obtaining, spreading and analyzing financial information on current and prospective customers. The position also involves inspecting homes under construction to assist in funding loans by determining the level of completion. The right applicant will need to have a reliable vehicle. Additional duties: Monthly floor plan inspections, appraisal review, documenting receipt of financials, monthly reports. Other duties, projects and job responsibilities as assigned. Requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate clearly and prioritize your workload. College degree in related field or equivalent background and experience.
