Job Responsibilities and Requirements: MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and monitor status of contracts, store opening schedules and track financial performance Manage Project Managers Store Set up and monitor performance Monitor and ensure compliance set by SSC Store Planning, SSC Construction and Safety Training of Project Managers Store Set up and administrative staff Manage the operating budget for the store set up department Responsible for appropriate selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development of assigned staff. NATURE AND SCOPE Typically reports to DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION/STORE SET UP Direct and indirect reports typically include 5 professionals. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years.
