Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Provides analysis to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and business performance aligned to our financial and business objectives across the Customer Technology solutions portfolio Drives standard business practices and processes through the solution core teams Conduct market research to analyze product trends, determine product perceptions, evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs Analyze sales/marketing performance and pricing trends and compile results reports Conduct industry analysis on customer, technological, economic and political trends across various geographic markets and solution areas Responsible for driving key decisions around future portfolio investment and regional strategies Build business cases for new product development Work with partners on identifying joint product solutions opportunities Coordinate with product marketing on market qualification documents Make presentations to the management team and sales personnel regarding financial performance, market opportunity and solution direction. Job Requirements University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field 4 years financial planning/corporate strategy/consulting/business strategy experience Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives Excellent financial, written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving & analysis skills Quick learner and a self-starter Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products Effective time management, organization and leadership skills Ability to travel at least 20% or as required.
