Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Prepare job cost analysis and reports as well as project related reports Collect tenant improvement allowance draws Maintain FileSite document retention application Review, audit, and process all project related invoices and requisitions Interact with vendors Qualifications: Minimum five years of construction accounting experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Understanding of basic cost accounting Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with Sage Timberline preferred Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
