Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The role of the Solutions Senior Manager is to work with the Treasury Investments business to identify and develop solutions, capture the business requirements, provide training and project manage those solutions to their successful implementation. The role includes project management, analysis, testing and coordination with other Citi applications and teams. Responsibilities: - Manage projects on behalf of Citi Treasury Investments functions - Supervise team of 3-5 - Mentor staff - Prepare, update and manage project plans and coordinate meeting minutes - Identify and document business requirements - Ensure projects comply with Citi required process and documentation standards. - Troubleshoot issues and solve problems The candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This role requires multi-tasking, organization and the ability to quickly acquire and comprehend the required knowledge Business analyst with 7 years prior experience as an analyst in financial services Experience managing medium to large scale projects Strong technical proficiency, including advanced Excel and Visio skills BS/BA required (Masters degrees are a plus) PMP certification a plus Solid understanding of Treasury products (Securities Derivatives and non-Derivatives) High critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve complex, abstract business problems Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills Strong multi tasking skills Must be able to come up to speed quickly in a fast paced environment.
