Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeks a patent attorney or agent having a Ph.D, M.S., or B.S. in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or physics. Successful candidates should reside in the DC Metro area (DC/MD/VA), be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have at least three years experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion drafting. Candidates having original patent application drafting experience a plus.
