Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Provide leadership to the DISE organization. This includes mentoring, management, and customer satisfaction leadership for all DISE employees. Ensure all financial and growth goals are met for the organization as well as obtaining positive CPARS on all projects. Work with ACET Executive leadership to refine product lines and identify strategic growth objectives, execute strategic plans, and ensure employee satisfaction. Work with ACET Business Development and Proposal Organizations to capture and win new business, as well as re-competes.
