Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Position Description Conducts program employee introduction, complete items on new employee checklist (to include new employee notification emails) complete items on departing employee checklist (to include departing employee notification emails) maintains USSID 18 spreadsheets, maintain visitor certification spreadsheets, maintain mandatory training spreadsheets, maintain emergency contact spreadsheets, maintain program telephone list, maintain program org chart, and maintain security contact and CPRL information. Works in a staff capacity to address administrative activities of a department. Participates in development of plans and objectives and gathers data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses meeting review/architecture, meetings and leadership briefings. Develops information on such items as budget status, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment and facility needs. Evaluates organizational administrative issues and identifies options and solutions. Acts as a focal for events and plans to increase employee satisfaction and morale. Under general supervision, assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (e.g., export compliance, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., proposals, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, technical papers, brochures) to customers (e.g., government, foreign entities, commercial businesses), partners, suppliers and employees. Project Management Has general experience in the creation of simple project schedules identifying time frames for key project milestones. Usually updates more complex project schedules developed by more experienced employees; independently identifying project resource requirements by seeking assistance or recommendations from others within own work group and occasionally from other internal employees. Work may be checked by more experienced employees; may lead and direct the activities and resources of smaller projects within work group. Technical Effective Written Comm Basic - General knowledge of different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches). Basic writing ability to assist in preparation of departmental correspondence and documents. Typical Education/Experience Level 2 - Bachelors degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Masters degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelors and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Masters degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information Position is contingent upon program/customer concurrence. Current TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
