Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Perform construction management of new, expanded, and refurbished facilities. Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to ensure constructability of new projects. Provide recommendations and review project drawings and plans to ensure constructability. Oversee all aspects and disciplines of work during construction to ensure adherence to construction standards and compliance with the detailed project design and technical specifications. Manage construction contractors to ensure adherence to contractual requirements including quality, cost, and schedule. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure applicable notifications and permits are obtained regarding environmental, safety, and health issues. Coordinate and obtain utility shutdowns as necessary to support construction activity. Coordinate with contractor and site Security to obtain site access for contractor personnel. Manage and verify accuracy of all contractor invoices. Ensure contractor provides all project closeout documentation including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, etc. Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications Construction engineering and project management experience with large factory and infrastructure related projects. Experience with Microsoft Office Tools. Experience presenting in a professional setting. Desired skills Training and experience with construction in FOD critical areas. 30 hour OSHA card. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
