Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, J2EE and open source frameworks who can manage a small team and provide architectural guidance/oversee the development work. This person must understand complete SDLC process and implement/enhance coding standards. The ideal candidate must possess the ability (hands-on experience) in the following: Operating in a fast paced environment, Assimilating large amounts of information quickly Developing strategies and products with a minimal amount of oversight. Strong working relationship skills, with various stake holders particularly with senior executives. Expert in Architecture and Design skills. Sound understanding of Design patterns. Very good in creating and understanding UML artifacts. Well versed with Non Functional requirements who can work towards architecting top performing, highly available, scalable, maintainable distributed applications which are going to be deployed globally. Design, develop documents and analyze overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software requirements. Solving critical business problems and strong delivery focused. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. Experience implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
