Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Lead local development team with full front to back development responsibility Drive program design, coding and development; Lead unit and integration testing Design(and leverage where exists) reusable frameworks Coordinate development with internal/external technology teams and business Effectively partner with onshore/offshore global development teams/leads to deliver technology and administration responsibilities Deliver high quality solutions adhering to Citi s Engineering Excellence and Minimum Development Standards criteria Drive engineering standards and continue to strive for best in class Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or Engineering 7 years of experience Team lead and people management experiences Solid programming; Hands-on experience on design, implementation, and code management Working experience at full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project is required Experience in working for financial services organization in both a development and support capacity Ability to work directly with clients on gathering and documenting business requirements, and work as a partner Good communication is critical given the amount of client facing contact A do whatever it takes attitude , dedication to quality, ability to work independently, and complete attention to detail Skills: Core Java and J2EE OO design Spring & Hibernate UNIX scripting, Oracle PL/SQL JMS, EMS Cassandra or other caching tools (is a PLUS).
