Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities Assist in project estimating as requested; facilitate project approval in system; assist in coding and tracking of all invoices, including retainage payments; verify rates are correct per contract and the invoice; track Actuals and Commitments in detail for the project; work closely with the Project Manager to provide an updated forecast monthly for the project; provide significant project metrics as requested; provide quarterly accruals for the project; assist in creating contracts and/or work offers; manage any necessary reclasses for the project; manage documentation to be retained for project file. Essential Requirements Education/Experience College degree in finance, accounting, construction management, business or additional equivalent experience plus 3-4 years of related experience. Preferred Skills Special Characteristics/Job Requirements MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Comfortable in financial software packages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to apply judgment and professionally challenge and question activity and assumptions.
