Senior Construction Scheduler

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Senior Scheduler reports to the Chief Scheduler and is responsible for developing, monitoring and updating computerized project schedules. Experience: A minimum of 5 years large scale, multi-discipline, multi-phased scheduling experience in the Construction industry. Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequences, crew sizes, productivity rates, manpower analysis, cash flow and CPM scheduling on various types of buildings. Experience with Primavera P3, Microsoft Excel and Word are mandatory as are excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read construction drawings. Responsibilities: Job site responsibilities include, but are not limited to: using Primavera P3 software to load cost and manpower requisites thus resulting in cash flow and manpower forecasts; determining all costs and manpower utilization and preparing subsequent billing reports through utilization of Earned Value Analysis. Will also be responsible for project management principles, methods, techniques and tools to plan, schedule, organize and control project activities. Education Requirement : The successful candidate must have a BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a similarly appropriate field.
