Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job overview and responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Manager of Financial Planning in forecasting and reporting United Continental Holdings overall financial performance. Works with department FP&A teams, treasury, tax, and accounting teams to create monthly forecast and annual budget for UCH financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) Analyzes and tracks headcount and operating statistics Builds financial models in support of long range planning process Supports preparation of Board of Director, Leadership Conference and monthly Officer meeting presentations Creates monthly/quarterly financial reports for finance leadership and executive team Performs ad-hoc financial analysis Required Bachelor s degree in finance or related field Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of accounting and financial statement 1-4 years experience in accounting/finance related field Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred MBA or Masters degree in finance or engineering related field Hyperion Planning experience Oracle GL experience Financial Planning experience Equal Opportunity Employer.
