Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job overview and responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Vice President, Managing Director, and Sr. Manager in their roles supporting Domestic Line Stations. Directly responsible for measuring and delivering department metic analysis which will be used for informed decision making. Responsible for data gathering and conducting analysis to provide recommendations/solutions related to Airport Operations. Utilizes and creates models to analyze and trend metrics, analytical and financial data. Provide ad-hoc budget and forecast scenario analysis as required to ensure financial goals are being met. Utilize multiple systems/programs (Spotfire, Hyperion, AO Metrics, Oracle, SharePoint) to extract data to build executive level decks, presentations, talking points and speaker notes. Must be able to react to requests quickly and with accuracy. Coordinates implementation of new initiatives, resolution of issues, and performance improvement initiatives. Coordinates with various United organizations to develop systemic and carrier/station specific solutions to performance issues. Ensures follow-through on actions and projects designed to improve performance. Perform routine reporting (such as department statistical reporting on operations, agent performance, monthly headcount productivity reporting and related variance analyses) and ad hoc analysis as needed by division leadership Conduct financial/performance support, analysis and reporting to division leadership and business team Proficient with Powerpoint to build executive level decks and prepare Leaders for presentations to Senior Leadership Meeting participation/contribution involving key regional division and finance support/issue management Must work cross divisionally with multiple departments to ensure reporting accuracy and to gather needed info/data Required MBA (or) Bachelor Degree and 1 Year Data Analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of data collection, analytics 3 years in finance/analysis/accounting related field Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred MBA and 1 Year FP&A Experience Data analysis, heavy use of Excel & Powerpoint to build tables, queries, templates and presentations Analyst level experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis Organization or related business experience Equal Opportunity Employer.
