Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Work with the Data Science team to keep segmentation updated and translate what the segments mean for the partnership teams. Build and maintain activation dashboard for Content Partnerships to track against quarterly OKRs (for training, partner outreach and adoption metrics by region/vertical) across priority and recommended activations on a weekly basis. Generate the leads lists for the priority and recommended activations including the content strategies. Navigate data across YouTubes data warehouse, using Dremel and F1 workflows and other tools to interact with and extract data for your analyses. Lead quantitative analyses that translates data into actionable insights (e.g., activation section of fact packs and ad hoc analyses). Qualifications Minimum qualifications: 4 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., media analytics, advertising sales, consulting, or financial analysis) Experience in data visualization, data operations, and programs reporting Experience with relational databases including SQL queries Preferred qualifications: Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, Java, C , etc.) Experience designing data models and data warehouses Experience writing and maintaining extract, transform, and load scripts (ETLs) which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources Strong analytical background and experience with marketing analytics, ROI/financial modeling, and statistical analysis Ability to analyze large datasets and boil them down to a few actionable insights Successful track record working closely with business partners or other customer facing role. Strong project management skills, adept at identifying interdependencies, anticipating pitfalls and removing roadblocks.
