Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: People Management & Leadership - conduct weekly staff meetings and 1 on 1s with team members; evaluate staff s abilities and development needs to ensure continuous growth, create customized learning/training plans based on individual need; administer HR policies fairly and consistently;Production - monitor and manage work queues and production capacity, maintain service levels, meet client satisfaction survey targets, achieve headcount and expense targets; continually look for opportunities to improve efficiency and create capacity within the team while maintaining controlsRisk and Controls - ensure staff is consistently following procedures, timely completing required compliance-related training and meeting quality (QIP) standards; fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and trends anticipated and identifiedClient/Customer Focus - develop relationships with market and mid-office business partners, manage their requests and issues timely and professionally, participate on market partner calls; work collaboratively with other supervisors and managers in WLS and across lines of business Projects - actively participate in projects within and across WLS centers, manage scrub reports as assigned, and lead or assist in departmental/team projects QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree is preferred, but direct job and industry experience will be consideredMinimum 3-5 years experience serving in a managerial role within the Financial Services industryMust enjoy working with people and have the ability to motivate and lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of legal and collateral loan documentation, compliance, related loan applications or other related experience preferredStrong client focus and ability to partner with various internal and external groupsDetail oriented with a strong emphasis on quality; proven track record of driving results Ability to report and communicate results in a clear, concise manner at the appropriate levelExcellent verbal and written communication skills; cascades communications to team Strong PC skills in Windows-based and Microsoft suite applications.
