Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In addition, this role will coordinate the successful execution of such plans including generating investment proposals, client and market validation, vendor and solution evaluation, review detailed project plans, risks and client impacts and drive the internal stakeholder engagement and approvals processes. Directly and through professional staff, oversees the strategic product management for a major product line or a group of related product lines in support of the organization s goals and market needs. Responsible for meeting product profit and growth goals. Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy. Recommends revisions and enhancements to product lines to stimulate sales and meet objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES - Be a thought leader and execution partner in contributing to shaping up the overall platform strategy in support of overall GTM strategic roadmap. - Responsible for articulating and maintaining business roadmaps for platforms in collaboration with Operations and Technology teams. - Participate in architecture discussions, regularly propose and discuss solutions to system and product changes. - Ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on such initiatives. - Define appropriate KPIs and metrics to measure execution success and develop recommendations to advise senior management. - For each initiative, provide business oversight over project team ensuring projects meet required scope, plans are appropriately managed and governed, timely escalation of risks and issues, dependencies and resource requirements are highlighted early. - For major platform changes, provide oversight and coordination to deliver a successful migration outcome. - Ensure compliance to all required internal processes prior to any external commitments are made or any new initiative is moved to go live phase. REQUIRED - An expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills. - Very strong product management, design and development skills. - Excellent knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis. - Excellent management, leadership and interpersonal skills. - Advanced marketing and marketing research skills. - Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within assigned area. - Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Strong financial and competitive analysis and PC skills. - Strong managerial and verbal and written communication skills. PREFERRED - 5 years experience in Payments/ Cash Management or related businesses in Product or Project Management roles. -Understands current market trends and client expectations/ buying behavior in Corporate Treasury space. - Successful track record of supporting and leading complex programs in large multi-product organizations. - Prior experience in working on in-house and vendor supported products. - Understands product costing, P&L management and has extensive worksheet and analytics skills. - Can communicate effectively with team members, senior executives and business partners. - Works well in a fast paced, cross-functional environment. - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. - Experience in project management. - Prior experience in Treasury Management Operations and/ or Technology roles. - Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. - Ability to travel as needed.
