Additional Qualifications/Requirements: - Full understanding of Web Services support Understanding of Cloud Layer Management Understanding of content delivery networks Understanding of Platform as a Service (PaaS) administration and delivery Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) operations and service delivery Understanding of Customer web application development Understanding of Security Operations and Management Understanding Configuration and patch management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Ability to complete projects with strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor degree in information systems or equivalent Knowledge of NASA WESTPrime processes and procedures a plus Knowledge of NASA TV support a plus Knowledge of NASA G suite a plus Knowledge of NASA Box.net a plus.
