Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will be a proactive financial professional with good foundational knowledge and experience in finance and a firm understanding of financial concepts. Position requires candidate to be able to work well with other departmental teams, both at the brand, affiliate and corporate level. The position requires technical skills to work with the P&Ls and consolidation systems for large amounts of financial data across brands and channels. The following describes some of the responsibilities. Responsible for the consolidation, review and timely response for the high-priority reporting of the North America Region s Retail & Net Sales Responsible for parts of the monthly estimate process, including preparation of all required regional and corporate reporting in support thereof Support the regional estimate process by developing and enhancing cross-functional use of the Account/Door P&L system to drive efficiency and effectiveness of decision making to align with strategy across all brands and functions Consolidate and issue monthly financial reporting packages and other key reports, evolving reporting as needed Assist in building highly effective presentations for key business meetings for Senior Management Assist in the collection and consolidation process of the annual Strategy and Budget submissions from the brands Liaise with all brands and functions within the NA region enhancing as well as standardizing reporting and analysis Create and manage SAP access requests in the SAP Production Access Provisioning system Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by functional or finance leadership Position requires 1-3 years of related work experience College/University degree in Finance / Business management Proficient in Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables in order to manipulate large amounts of data Preferred experience in financial reporting systems (EPM Hyperion, SAP, BEX, Data Warehouse) Proven problem-solving capabilities, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Ability to work under pressure of tight deadline and to multitask Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures Ability to work independently and in groups.
