Job Responsibilities and Requirements: An immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 2 years experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as conducting patent validity, noninfringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses. Qualified candidates will ideally have a degree in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or related field, be registered to practice at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and be admitted to a State Bar (Ohio preferred). Prior industry experience is desirable. Additionally, candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction.
