Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities Drive engaging digital experiences through the integrated delivery of digital assets, including websites, social media, email marketing, virtual event presentation, sales enablement and support applications, mobile applications, lead capture and management processes, and marketing analytics and metrics services.Work alongside the business units to establish a strategic digital plan to support business and functional requirements Manage the coordination, composition, and delivery of online marketing tools in support of campaigns in the following areas: email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and digital advertising. Collaborate to implement data collection tags and analytics tools ensuring that all programs are measureable and drive back to specific objectives that can be evaluated for efficiency and ROIBuild management/measurement frameworks to drive greater digital success and work with businesses to drive growth in conversion rates and optimization through strategy, analysis, and insights. Develop and manage third party relationships to enable digital campaign support, expose broad insights and inform business decisions. Operationalize analytics process and report generation. Develop training materials, procedures documents and other materials to be leveraged by the organization.Required ExperienceAbility to independently manage multiple projects and clients with changing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high stakes environmentProven ability to measure, evaluate and adjust to improve program performance Areas of execution include: Visual Design; Social Media technologies; User Experience, Mobile Application Implementation, Content Management, and integration of Digital to Marketing Campaigns Ability to work with senior management and partner with business leaders and department peers Experience with Salesforce.com or similar digital campaign management tools Bachelors Degree; Master s Degree preferred10-15 years experience in the online marketing industry - either the client, agency, or vendor side. Ability to manage small to large marketing projects end-to-end. Relevant experience gained in an agency or in-house digital role with a proven track record of achievement in the range of digital marketing skills and tools Ability to manage small to large marketing projects end-to-end.Strong oral and written communication skills.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data and performing quantitative analysis.Intermediate proficiency with HTML. Understanding of databases and related CRM technologies Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients. Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization. Experience in producing and executing digital marketing strategies, action plans and generating performance reports Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in the range of digital marketing tools: Email marketing systems and campaign execution (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget)Content management systems Understanding of best practices for search engine optimization. Social media for marketing and communications Digital advertising tools including Double Click platforms Digital measurement and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Working knowledge of the software used in in web and other digital marketing Effective verbal and written communicationTeam worker as well as able to work independently The ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize Demonstrated ability to perform budget preparation and analysis, along with the development of a sound business plan for the department.
