Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will work closely with HR at the offices and at the hotels to enhance, support and maintain service and quality expectations. Collaborate with the function/business units on new processes within Talent Management and Compensation Systems Leads requirements discussions and documents results Identifies and implements changes to improve customer and/or team processes End user troubleshooting, including but not limited to: researching and resolving system problems, system access issues, unexpected results or process flaws Update user and system administration guides and training resources Assist with larger projects as needed, including coordinating activities with other teams Develops plans for small projects Maintenance of core system and security table Data integrity auditing Perform task creation for performance, succession and compensation Engages vendor following standard procedures Escalates proactively as issues are not resolved to expectations Create testing plan for quarterly releases Demonstrate a commitment to core values. The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. Experience Minimum 3 years HRIT experience, preferably supporting Talent Management Systems (Compensation, Performance, Succession). Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand a plus. OR, 3 years HR Experience working in Talent Management (Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning) as a business analyst. Understanding of HR technology, databases, and system interfaces required. Experience with/understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions preferred. Education High school diploma or GED required BS/BA preferred Computer Skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, etc. ) required Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) proficiency preferred Report writing proficiency preferred Additional Requirements Ability to self-direct work, effectively multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a technical and systems mindset Good organizational skills Ability to maintain confidential employee information Strong attention to detail Strong oral, written, presentation and documentation skills.
