Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This role will be provided the opportunity to work across many different applications and products. While no specific development platform or technology experience is required, this is a developer position. Experience supporting and developing on an Enterprise COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) system such as HP Service Manager, UCMDB or Asset Manager is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Facilitate business and functional requirements sessions and provide technical guidance Deliver design solutions to meet requirements Create technical specifications and test plans Define and document process and technical standards for HPSM Build HP Service Manager, ConnectIT, and Custom solutions and integrations to other tools Provide demos throughout the SDLC and Agile process Release\Code Management through 5 environments HPSM maintenance - upgrades, fixes, enhancements, production support Provide for proactive and continual improvements for HPSM Mandatory Skills: Professional Development with background in numerous software programming languages Preferred Skills: HP Service Manager Development, SQL Scripting, Java Script, Mobile application development (Android/IOS) Other products to be used: MSOffice, SQL Management Studio, HP ConnectIT Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of four years experience in program development, OR the equivalent in education and work experience.
