Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will coordinate all deployments with Operations, HR, Safety and other related departments to ensure that procedures are updated and that it is communicated effectively and consistently within the group. Development: Will coordinate and manage research and development initiatives to improve operational performance from a service delivery, quality and management perspective. This would include quality assurance programs, cleaning advancements (work loading, equipment, etc..) and deployment and support of management tools to maximize and streamline efforts. Quality : Responsible for the deployment and monitoring of the overall quality control program. This would include the analysis of data and presentation to the senior leadership team and follow-up activities. This position will also ensure and track that all client business reviews are calendared and conducted as required with follow-up actions tracked. Start-up / Account support: Will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating the services account start-up program consistently. This position will also coordinate the deployment of critical care teams to support other regions as needed with service related issues. Business Planning : Will assist as required in budget planning and forecasting Responsibilities and Duties Operational Programs: The services and ABMWay account supporting materials are deployed and updated consistently and that the information is delivered effectively to the intended audience. Development: Researches and develops best practices for utilization within the services group to improve performance and drive client satisfaction. Quality: All locations are utilizing the quality control programs in place and that the data is analyzed to identify negative trending. Ensures that all locations have quality reviews with their respected clients at the required frequency and that results are reported for review / further actions. Start-up Deployment of an effective start-up program to ensure that new accounts are started consistently and effectively to exceed the customers expectations and/or fears of the account transition process. Account Support: Will provide support services as needed by the deployment of critical care teams to address any service related challenges as directed by the SVP of the B&I Services group. Minimum Requirements 8 years of direct service delivery experience in the B&I vertical Direct involvement in managing large service related account starts Direction of quality control programs and client reviews Pricing experience in B&I College degree or equivalent work experience.
