Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Currently seeking an associate or patent agent with one to three years of experience and a strong technical background in chemistry. Some experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses is required. Advanced degree required (PhD preferred; will consider an MS with substantial industry experience). Registration with the USPTO required; prior firm experience preferred. Candidates should have an excellent academic record, top-notch communication skills and a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP.
