Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This includes tactical execution, vendor management, result delivery and interpretation, stakeholder communications, and roadmap planning for continuous improvements. Specific responsibilities include: Ensure timely, accurate delivery of frequent ME deliverables (scorecards, reports, and data) to Marketing stakeholders. Oversee the quality and timeliness of all data inputs, data feeds and processes pertaining to ME. Manage a large-scale ME vendor. Coordinate resources, meetings, timelines, expectations, projects, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners to drive, develop, and prioritize enhancements/improvements to the ever-changing ME process and deliverables. Serve as the company's SME on the topic of multi-touch attribution. Field questions and drive education about insights, capabilities, and limitations. Own and manage the roadmap, schedule, and future-vision for ongoing enhancements and improvements. The successful candidate will Be passionate about marketing measurement in today fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape. Have 4+ years' experience with Multi-Touch Attribution methods, technology, and strategy. Have a strong understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem. (Programmatic digital advertising, DSP, DMP, Onboarding, identity, etc.) Have familiarity with digital analytic techniques and technologies (Adobe Analytics, Omniture, etc.) Be capable to dig into granular data and processes in order to identify and troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and prioritize fixes. Seek to grow a small team of technical analysts to feed the growing demand for business insights, ad-hoc analyses, and operational complexities. MS or MBA in relevant studies preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, marketing, consulting, vendor or agency experience with increasingly more senior responsibilities. Hands-on SQL, Unix, SAS, R, Python or similar mix of big-data programming and data manipulation. Strong understanding of multivariate predictive modeling techniques (Media-mix modeling, MTA, etc.) Operations-minded, detail-oriented and exceptionally strong communication skills. Detailed understanding of consumer identity and matching Attribution vendor-side is a plus.
