Engagement and Communications Associate Manager

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and execute internal employee engagement program communications Design and execute internal marketing campaigns Support Gap Foundation team in event management, from event design to material development and day-of execution Manage relationship with internal and external design teams to develop overall design aesthetic and specific assets for employee engagement programs Set social media strategy for Gap Foundation Actively manage (strategically and operationally) social media channels to curate strong, engaging social media presence Serve as key member of Employee Engagement team, building annual calendar with key engagement campaigns Work with Senior Manager, Employee Engagement to respond to natural disasters on behalf of Gap Foundation Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure program relevance across brands and geographies Work with broader Gap Foundation teams to support employee communications, website, and other platforms, as needed Support other Foundation ad hoc projects as needed KEY EXPERIENCES 3-5 years of experience in marketing, managing brand presence through variety of channels Experience managing creative designers in order to deliver strong assets Experience supporting larger-scale events, from planning and material development to execution Experience with website management Ability to operate in a highly dynamic, matrixed environment with multiple competing priorities Strong written communications, project management and planning skills Ability to work independently to achieve goals and project milestones Ability to think differently and explore new channels and methods to achieve goals Ability to build and leverage relationships to drive effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders Manages ambiguity with confidence and composure Flexible and comfortable managing change with a commitment to quality and deadlines Intellectually curious: appetite to actively learn and immediately apply learnings to make decisions and change behaviors Passion for social impact programs preferred.
