Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities:Perform financial reporting. Generate reporting for management. Aid monthly accounting functions and financial data analysis. Work interdepartmentally to generate required reports. Comply with payment regulations. Participate in Special Treasury Project work. Initiate EFT bank transfers in line with internal controls. Oversee cash operations. Develop strong financial controls. Apply internal controls to minimize idle cash balances. Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders Aid with system implementations. Manage applicable internal compliance standards and processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Two or more years of previous accounting experience Excellent communication and critical/ strategic thinking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Strong Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting Proven success communicating and working within multiple levels of an organization Outstanding problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and project prioritization skills Previous experience with general ledger systems, SAP Accounting/Finance United States-Illinois-Chicago, IL Chicago, IL Full-time.
