Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key areas of focus include: Creating and maintaining effective relationships with partners across lines of business and support teams including, but not limited to wholesale banking, business banking, centralized small business teams, Educational Financial Services, Deposit Products Group, segment partners, compliance partners and regional teams. Ensuring all plans and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations Strategic business development with complex business/market segments Developing, leading and executing national and multi-state program strategies Participating in regional meetings and book reviews to identify potential companies for multi-state programs Strategize and support use of omni-channel options for delivery Partner with marketing and business analytics to identify industry, company and/or segment specific marketing plans to best support national strategies Create and maintain effective referral systems from centralized teams Lead, coach and manage national relationship managers Important Note: During the application process, ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is up to date and upload your current resume prior to submitting your application for consideration. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of marketing development experience, business development experience, or a combination of both 4+ years of management experience Desired Qualifications: A BS/BA degree or higher Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements Strong relationship management skills Solid critical thinking skills Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
