Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The enterprise Conduct Risk Functional Framework and the Global Ethics & Integrity Risk Management Framework. In particular: Facilitate the development and implementation of the Firm s Conduct Risk Functional Framework and Oversight Policy requirements under the newly launched enterprise Conduct Program Maintain WEBCO Compliance Program documentation including websites and S/P sites Develop and enhance executive reporting routines Assist in the development and enhancements of standards and procedures Assist with the management of regulatory examinations, inquiries, testing/validation reviews and internal audits related to WEBCO matters Develop and maintain WEBCO metrics and dashboards Assist in conducting a risk-based assessment of Conduct Risk and GEI related Major Requirements including acceptance/rejections and risk assessment ratings. Work with the GCCO on the enhanced/aggregated risk assessment process Partner with the LOB testing teams and Wholesale Testing & Validation Team to review that monitoring and testing activities are appropriately risk-based and that they are performed, documented, and reported Assist with the development and maintenance of WEBCO training and awareness materials Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both 5+ years of management experience Desired Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
