Job Responsibilities and Requirements: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and execute high-level strategies to deliver messaging to customers and partners Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to develop and maintain best-in-class tools to delivery digital messaging Work closely with and stay in constant communication with customer account teams, sales enablement, corporate communications, and other related customer and communication engagement teams Resolve concerns on significant matters. Devise creative and effective solutions. Propose and collaborate on technology and product updates. Be aware of and implement best practices for B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns Monitor, track, analyze, and report campaign performance, provide key findings to management (and other stakeholders) and utilize the results to refine and improve future campaigns Support marketing automation systems in production, including: working with technology support to troubleshoot issues, coordinating releases, identifying and recommending enhancements Facilitate special assignments as directed by management and business needs May complete projects or participate as a team member on projects at the highest level of complexity. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 6 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Proven experience as a technology-based marketing communications professional Ability to leverage data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects Experience planning and executing effective B2B/B2C digital marketing campaigns, financial services experience a plus HTML, web design, graphic design knowledge a plus Strong analytical, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently with little supervision.
