Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Provides executive management and strategic direction of Network Contracting and Services for all Private Business divisions. Required Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree in business administration or a related field. Required Work Experience Ten-plus years of progressively more responsible management experience in provider contracting, provider reimbursement and health care services. Experience in building health care provider networks to support networks to support business needs. Experience in both commercial and governmental reimbursement methodologies. Preferred: Extensive health care provider contracting and negotiation experience. Experience in governmental and commercial health care reimbursement methodologies. Required Skills and Abilities Superior leadership, business and strong executive management skills. Open/collaborative leadership style that encourages teamwork and cooperation. Thorough knowledge of the insurance/health benefits industry with strong understanding of company products, workflows and back-office processes. Ability to leverage successful relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operational units responsible for servicing multiple and complex benefit plans, funding arrangements and market segments. High level of knowledge of the processes, systems and controls across all business units Ability to execute and manage multiple high-profile projects and assignments simultaneously. Strategic thinking skills and sound judgment. Proven ability to research, analyze and solve complex problems. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Strong analytical skills. Microsoft Office skills. Preferred: Demonstrated results in provider contracts, negotiations and services. Exceptional communications and presentation skills. Demonstrated strategic, innovative and forward-thinking ability.
