Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: In collaboration with LAI Marketing and Global Head of Content, set vision for role of branded content across the region Act as both a creative director and editor of creative concepts. Define content principles pertaining to voice, tone, formats, copy, visual identity, and more Create audience and channel specific strategies including social networks, email, video, and more Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content production across the regional team Engage partners ranging from internal resources to creative content agencies and media publications in the Latin America & Iberia region, ensuring coordination, cross-pollination, local translations and timely delivery of content Extract insights from content analytics and partner with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve performance Define key metrics that signal success of content and how it links back to business drivers Desired Qualifications: Expert in writing and communication. Demonstrated ability in distilling dense topics and discussions, bringing technical concepts to life, infusing personality into content and framing narratives for different audiences on different channels Broad understanding of SEO, SEM, video, digital media and social channels with a proven track record of developing successful multi-channel content activations from strategy through execution Exceptional project management skills and proven effectiveness at strategic relationship building across internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Previous experience with web, mobile, video, social-media and e-mail metrics and be able to operate standard analytics programs such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Experience in financial services preferred, but not required.
