Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to join our Construction Services team. This professional will be responsible to provide general oversight of multiple construction projects simultaneously. Our Construction Services team focuses on complicated and highly competitive design-build projects. As our Construction Manager, you ll have the opportunity to work with contractors and laborers as you oversee the projects managing the scheduling and budget and controlling costs; you ll be communicating with clients on a regular basis. In addition to other responsibilities, you ll provide constructability review internally on design projects as you work closely with engineering Project Managers to meet our client s needs within scope, schedule, and budget. Position Requirements Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science; candidates with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture will also be considered if they have additional training in business administration and accounting Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant consulting experience This position will reside in our Manchester, CT office, although local travel to project sites and other offices is required. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
