Job Responsibilities and Requirements: They are accountable for ensuring the effective development and execution of strategy, management, P&L, and ownership of Banker managed lending. Monitors the expansion of business through executing Business Banking relationship strategy and acquisition strategy resulting in new business across the region. The primary goal is to increase profitability, market share of customer s total financial services needs by continually enhancing and growing the portfolio. (Directly manages Business Banking Manager 2s; Business Banking Admin Managers and Credit Analysis Managers. /Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements./ Required Qualifications: 8+ years of management experience 10+ years of business banking or commercial banking experience Desired Qualifications: Commercial credit experience Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring Sales and marketing leadership experience A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related field Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
