Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Responsible for Growth Planning & Lead Business Readiness across Analytics Solution Line and its portfolio Lead a team of business developers and architects for Pre-Sales & Sales, leveraging competences across all our OSS & Analytics Solution Lines and our Business Area Digital Services Responsible to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to deliveries Responsible for all project deliveries in the domain of Customer Experience Management and Data Analytics Drive Operational and Delivery Efficiency across the Analytics Solution Line, ensuring maximum re-use, knowledge sharing, and adherence to proven processes. This includes our continuous delivery cost optimization and offshoring activities The Analytics team is responsible for solutioning, architecture, per sales support and complete system integration-led deliveries of complex customer solutions. It provides industry thought leadership in new areas of growth in Customer Experience Management and Big Data & Analytics. The candidate themselves must be comfortable leading business and technical discussions with customers from the technical level to the C-suite. The candidate will also have experience in consultative selling, identification of strategic, budgeted programs, generating new business demand, and business case justification for new programs. The candidate will develop/recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives and needs. The individual should drive the thought leadership, market requirements, offer development, and evangelize new innovative solutions that address service provider needs and opportunities in the areas of Customer Experience Management and Big Data & Analytics. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate clear thought leadership and experience in Customer Experience Management, Data Analytics, OSS and Service Automation. The candidate must have strong SI project experience as responsibilities extend to deliveries, and as such, must drive cost improvements and delivery efficiencies at all time to improve project margins. This is a senior level position reporting to the Head of Ericsson's North American OSS & Analytics, and will be part of that unit Leadership Team.
