Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager (PM) will develop a productive partnership with business stakeholders at all levels and guide development toward delivery of integrated, efficient, and intuitive business systems. The Project Manager will drive the successful implementation of projects within the Media IT portfolio which range from internally developed solutions to commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions. As such, the PM role will vary from project to project and will incorporate Program Management, Product Management and Change Management functions as required. A Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring initiatives (whether project or product based) meet objectives on time, on budget, and with successful adoption by users. This person will focus on the implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies that drive adoption and greater utilization with minimal client impact. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 8 years of overall experience in media technology or IT 5 years experience in management of complex IT projects Customer-focused and responsive to business needs Strong written and oral communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to meet project milestones and customer expectations Proven ability and success working in a matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders Strong project management skills, including experience in resource and timeline management, risk assessment, contingency planning A sense of ownership and responsibility for delivery Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Excellent issues resolution capabilities Strong problem-solving skills Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies Ability to work within a collaborative team environment Ability to work with external contractors and consultants Evidence of continuous growth and increasing responsibilities in previous positions Preferred Qualifications the position will be managing an enterprise level marketing project. The effort will touch on multiple business units and require integration with various legacy and new systems. Some bonus skills for this project: - navigating complex projects that involves integration and software implementation. - Salesforce force.com, IBM, and asset management experience a plus - marketing operation technology knowledge a plus 5 years of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology 3 years of experience in Program Management.
