Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Director of Compliance will have oversight for all activities that relate to current legal, regulatory and internal standards of compliance for Service Providers for the entire Home Services Organization. This Director will be responsible for translating these standards into plans for training, quality reviews, decisional reviews, process improvements and monitoring ongoing compliance with reporting and clear communication to all stakeholders. Finally, this Director will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new systems or changes in existing systems to enhance productivity and accuracy. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drives the installation business in the stores and achieves aggressive sales, IMU, markdowns, and customer satisfaction goals for all AHS programs. Measure impact of changes and new projects on AHS. Evaluates needs of multiple project requests and impact on AHS operations, aggregates data from team and ensures needs of projects are met. Provides expertise and strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in AHS, working toward quickly implementation and ROI. NATURE AND SCOPE Sr. Director, Services Operations Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Additional Environmental Job Requirements: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 8 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience leading multi-faceted work teams Strong Process Engineering, Analytical and Project Management Experience skills Retail experience and/or construction management Experience in Home Services or Operations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Financial understanding and business knowledge Strong understanding of Operations and area of expertise Able to easily influence others Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent skills in communication.
