Job Responsibilities and Requirements: An immediate opening in our IP practice for a talented associate with experience in biologics patent prosecution. The selected candidate will be responsible for prosecution of several large patent portfolios directed to cutting edge technology, such as gene editing, cellular therapies, and antibody-based therapeutics, with potential for work in post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, and interference). Candidates must have an advanced degree (Ph.D. in a life sciences discipline is preferred) and significant experience handling substantive patent issues. Candidates also must be comfortable working in a team atmosphere and have excellent academics credentials.
