Job Responsibilities and Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop brand s community marketing strategy and is responsible for execution of innovative integrated campaigns designed to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness in partnership with the Director of PR, External Communications, Partnerships & Community and the Community Market Manager Drive planning and management of Athleta s community program, including community events and activations, as well as Athleta s Brand Ambassador program and FitPro community Create meaningful, authentic opportunities for women and girls to engage with Athleta Maximize the reach and impact of Athleta s community program and align with the brand s seasonal priorities and Power of She platform Work closely with Community Market Manager and our store team to bring Athleta s community programs to life through our stores across the U.S. Ensure integrated, cross-channel support for Community, collaborating with channel marketing owners to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end to end customer experience Support the development of materials and tools to empower store teams, Brand Ambassadors, FitPros, and potential external partners to help create a consistent community and customer experience Set KPIs and create/manage Community dashboard to track efficacy of variables. Analyze campaign(s) performance against established benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve- sharing results to organization as needed Drive effective management of budget and program ROI Participate in brand marketing strategic planning initiatives and advance company thinking around the long-term role of Community in Athleta s growth, with an eye towards bringing new customers to the brand QUALIFICATIONS BA required, Communications or Marketing desired 4 - 8 years marketing experience focused on comprehensive integrated marketing plans that include a mix of both traditional and interactive marketing tools within retail markets (eg. digital, retail, print, community, events), with a focus in strategic development Experience with brand ambassador and influencer programs/communities Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; able to prioritize effectively Excited to play a key role in delivering and exceptional community experience for women and girls Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical Quick learner and resourceful; able to work independently Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Fashion/Sports/Fitness industries Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills Outstanding collaboration and project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing complex projects across functional lines Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; strong team player with a positive attitude Demonstrated leadership abilities High level of ownership, accountability, initiative and drive Experience in budget planning and management Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Social Media Ability to travel.
