Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Summary See below Key Qualifications 10+ years of retail or commercial construction experience; global experience preferred 5+ years specifically in ground-up high quality construction of retail, office, hospitality, civic or museum buildings 5+ years in project management office (PMO), project operations, or business analytics Expertise with Project Management systems such as Tririga, eBuilder, Prolog, PMWeb, or equivalent Education in Architecture, Engineering or similar degree with graduate studies preferred Description Implement Development related processes, best practices, systems, and templates Lead Project Management system implementation and act as super use, administrator, and change manager Develop and manage planned / ad hoc reporting, analytics, and dashboards across multiple geographic regions Oversee updates to and rollout of new project cost models and schedule templates Develop protocols for internal project assessments and governance of process adherence Assist Development with strategic sourcing initiatives such as bid templates, evaluation templates, Pre-construction RFPs, supplier performance management programs Support preparation of Leadership presentations for which Pre-construction is involved Review Sourcing contracts / statements of work (SOWs) for alignment with construction responsibilities Facilitate training for Development and Pre-construction teams for new process, tools, contracts Education Additional Requirements.
